Jesse and John

Jesse and John were married June 27 at the beautiful Simpson House just off the Plaza. The plan was for a garden wedding - on the hottest day of the year in Kansas City! Here are the lovely ladies - Katy, Jesse and Rachel.

A lovely portrait of Jesse. and here are the ? lovely gentlemen - Justin, John and Matt.

Everything about this 100 year-old mansion is beautiful - especially the front entrance. Add a gorgeous bride and it's awesome!
Mom and daughter sharing a quiet moment before the ceremony.
You gotta have bling - and FANTASTIC shoes!
As you can see, the wind picked up, and right after; the decision was made to move the ceremony indoors.Everyone was very flexible with the change of plan, and Jesse and John couldn't have been happier! Congratulations and best wishes for a lifetime of happiness!

Emily and Nate

Emily and Nate were married yesterday at Shawnee Presbyterian Church. It was an overcast day, but never got too hot. Emily and Nate chose to have a Private Moment before the ceremony. Here is our handsome groom waiting to see his beautiful bride for the first time.

Emily approaches. . .
Nate turns to see her - - love the look on his face!
They are able to share a few quiet moments alone before all the fun and chaos of the day.
We then went indoors for some images. What a lovely bride!
I had to get the stained glass in a portrait. The colors were just wonderful.
We can't forget the groom!
and another lovely image of Emily. . .
and the two of them together. Here is the entire gang! Amiee loved holding the flowers so Emily could hold Delaney. After the ceremony, we ran over to Antioch Park. Nate gifted all the guys with personalized baseball bats, and they were happy to show them off. . . and try to teach the girls how to bunt!
The guys look spectacular with the boquets!
Baseball bats, boquets and bling - who could ask for anything more?
Here are a few more from the park. Love the hot pink shoes in the background!
I'm not sure it was a good idea to let the guys keep the bats during portrait time - they did get a little rowdy!
It was a wonderful day! Congratulations, Emily and Nate!
